2000

On April 17 we opened our doors in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2001

International Customer Management Institute (USA) designates us as the only Global Partner in the Spanish-speaking region.

2008

We innovate in mass training with the use of actors through our own variant of Forum Theater.

2011

We have reached 5,000 participants in training courses

2012

With John Goodman, father of VoC, we conducted the first study of word-of-mouth experience diffusion through physical and digital channels.

2013

Eduardo Laveglia, founder of Proaxion publishes the book of the Café Martínez Case with the 3Ts model we use for experience design

2014

We started monitoring VoC in social networks

2016

Expanded coverage in Argentina with 3 operational bases: BUE, COR and MDZ

We start up the Digital Projects / UX area.
